Who it suits

Good fit if

  • You want an all-in price with unlimited clinician visits and no separate fee for labs or shipping.
  • You'd like a written dose schedule up front. PrescribedRX publishes its tirzepatide steps from 2.2 mg to 15 mg.
  • You prefer not to sign for deliveries, since GLP-1 orders don't need a signature.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to be billed once a calendar month. This plan bills every 20 days, about 18 times a year.
  • You need help on a Sunday. Support is open weekdays and Saturday mornings only.

What you get

Each $276 charge covers the prescribed tirzepatide, unlimited clinician visits, initial and ongoing lab orders, shipping and portal access. PrescribedRX's support pages say there are no extra fees on top. The plans page adds "Same Price at Every Dose."

PrescribedRX is a patient management platform. A third-party medical group's licensed clinicians do the prescribing, and licensed compounding pharmacies prepare the medicine. The site doesn't name them. Its own buying guides tell you to ask which pharmacy fills your prescription.

Weekly doses step up no faster than once every 4 weeks, from 2.2 mg to 15 mg. Patients with a BMI of 25 to 27 are capped at 6.6 mg. No lab work is needed before you start.

How it works

  1. Take the eligibility quiz. Its first screen asks for your name, email, phone number and state before any health questions.
  2. The clinical team reviews your intake, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Thirteen states, including Arizona and Kansas, need a live video or phone visit first.
  3. If a clinician prescribes tirzepatide, the pharmacy prepares it. Shipping by FedEx, UPS or USPS takes 3 to 7 business days, and tracking is emailed.
  4. After that the plan renews every 20 days from your enrollment date. Renewal forms appear in your portal when it's time.
  5. Cancel from the Profile tab in the portal with Cancel Plan, before the next renewal date.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • PrescribedRX includes unlimited clinician visits and lab orders in the $276 charge, with no separate fees.
  • The help center prints the whole tirzepatide ladder, from 2.2 mg to 15 mg, with a 4-week minimum per step.
  • If a clinician declines to prescribe, PrescribedRX's purchase terms promise a full refund with no fees taken out.

Cons

  • The plan renews every 20 days, so $276 lands about 18 times a year, not 12.
  • Once PrescribedRX renews a plan, that billing period can't be refunded.
  • Even a written cancellation before the consultation can cost PrescribedRX's administrative fee under its purchase terms.

The 20-day cycle
The pricing page labels this plan monthly. The purchase terms and billing help page both say month-to-month subscriptions renew every 20 days. Budget for $420 a month, not $276.
The three-month plan
The tirzepatide plans page shows only a three-month plan. The purchase terms say that one renews every 10 weeks, not every 13.
Prescription changes
Asking to change a prescription after it reaches the pharmacy can bring a reprocessing fee, and approval isn't guaranteed.

PrescribedRX questions

Is PrescribedRX legit?
PrescribedRX is a LegitScript-certified telehealth platform. Licensed clinicians from a third-party medical group decide on treatment, and licensed compounding pharmacies prepare it. Its tirzepatide is compounded, so it isn't Zepbound or Mounjaro and has no FDA approval.
How much is PrescribedRX tirzepatide per month?
The plan charges $276 every 20 days, which averages $420 per calendar month at any dose. PrescribedRX's compounded semaglutide averages $288 a month on the same cycle.
Does PrescribedRX take insurance?
Plan on paying yourself. PrescribedRX's own guide says compounded medications are generally not covered and the published price is what you pay.
Can you cancel PrescribedRX?
Yes. Open the Profile tab in your portal and choose Cancel Plan before the next renewal. The help center says there's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, but a renewal that already went through isn't refunded.
