Terms of use

This site publishes price information about sellers of compounded tirzepatide, for general information. There is no account to create, nothing here is sold by us, and no reader is ever charged for anything.

What this site is

A price index. We record what sellers charge, restate each charge as the cost of a calendar month, and publish the result with the evidence behind it — alongside a drug-facts corpus drawn from the approved product’s labeling and the published trials.

We do not sell medication, dispense it, compound it, prescribe it, ship it, or take payment from readers. We are not a pharmacy, a telehealth provider, a prescriber, an insurer or a manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer of the approved products.

Agreeing to these terms

Reading a page here, running one of the calculators, downloading the data exports or following an outbound link means these terms apply to you, together with the privacy policy, the affiliate disclosure and the medical disclaimer. If any of them is unacceptable to you, the remedy is to stop using the site.

The site is meant for adults. It publishes information about a prescription medicine, and you should be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater — to rely on anything here.

No advice of any kind

Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and no listing is a recommendation to start, stop or change any medication. The medical disclaimer sets out what that means for a prescription medicine. The legal status page describes the federal position as it stands on a stated date and does not advise you on your own situation.

A price is a fact about a seller. It is not an opinion about whether a medication is right for you, whether a seller is a good one, or whether buying from any of them is lawful where you live. Those are questions for a licensed prescriber and, where it matters, your own attorney.

Acceptable use

The site is open to read, and the data is published deliberately for anyone who wants to check the arithmetic. What is not welcome:

  • Anything that degrades the service for other readers — flooding it with automated requests, attempting to bypass rate limits, or probing it for weaknesses. If you want the whole dataset, take the JSON or the CSV instead of crawling every page; it is faster for you and cheaper for us.
  • Attempting to gain access to any part of the system that is not published, or to interfere with how pages are served.
  • Harvesting contact addresses from the site for unsolicited mail.
  • Republishing the index in a way that misrepresents what it says — covered in its own section below, because it is the one that comes up.
  • Using the site to do anything unlawful, or to help anyone else do so.

Accuracy, and its limits

Prices change, and a seller may change one at any moment without telling anybody. Every figure here carries an evidence tier describing how it was obtained, and a verified figure stops being described as verified after 90 days. Treat what you see as a record of what a page said on a stated date — then confirm the current price with the seller before you buy anything.

Where we could not determine something, we say so rather than filling the gap. An empty cell here means empty, not zero. Coverage is not complete either: sellers open, close, rename and merge, and a seller absent from this index has not been assessed and found wanting — it has not been assessed.

Everything a seller says about itself — its pharmacy, its clinicians, its shipping, its refund terms, its eligibility rules — is that seller’s statement, quoted and dated where we quote it, and not a representation by us that it is true.

The content, and what you may do with it

The words, the page designs, the charts, the calculators and the arrangement of the index are ours, and are protected by copyright. The underlying facts — what a seller charges, on which cycle, on which date — are facts, and facts belong to nobody.

You are welcome to quote figures from this site, chart them, cite them in an article, or check our arithmetic against the machine-readable exports. We ask for attribution and a link to the page a figure came from, so a reader can see the date and the evidence tier attached to it rather than a number floating free. That is a license to quote and to cite; it is not a license to republish the index wholesale, to redistribute the exports as your own dataset, or to build a competing listing out of them.

Please do not republish anything from here in a way that implies we verified something we did not, or that strips the evidence tier or the date from a figure. The tier and the date are what make the number honest.

Some outbound links can earn this site a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you. That arrangement cannot buy position in the index, the computed monthly figure, the evidence tier, or the omission of an FDA warning letter. The full account, including what the FTC endorsement guides require of it, is on the disclosure page.

Third-party sites and sellers

We link to sellers, manufacturers, regulators and published research. We control none of them. We are not responsible for what a third party publishes, what it sells, what it charges you, how it treats you, or how it handles your information, and a listing here is not an endorsement of any of it.

Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site under someone else’s terms and privacy policy. Any transaction you enter into is between you and that company; we are not a party to it, we take no part in it, and we cannot resolve a dispute about it. Verify pricing, shipping, cancellation and refund terms on the seller’s own site before you commit.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of a course of dealing or trade usage.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any price, billing cycle, fee, service area, eligibility rule, clinical statement or other item of seller data is current, complete or accurate at the moment you read it. What we warrant is nothing; what we do is publish the source and the date beside the figure so you can check it yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither this site nor anyone involved in producing it is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on anything published here — including a price that has changed since it was checked.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those places these limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Decisions about medication are between you and a licensed prescriber. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

If your use of this site in breach of these terms causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the loss and the reasonable legal costs of dealing with it. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without talking to you first.

Trademarks

Mounjaro and Zepbound are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Seller names, logos and brands belong to their owners. Naming a seller here is not an endorsement by them of this site, or by this site of them, and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer, pharmacy or seller listed on it. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is when they were last reviewed, changes take effect when they are published here, and using the site after a change means the current version applies. We do not send notices of a change, because there is no mailing list to send them to — this page is the notice.

Governing law and disputes

If something here has gone wrong, write to us first. Most complaints about this site are complaints about a figure, and a figure is fixed by showing us the seller’s page, which is faster than any other route and costs nobody a lawyer. How corrections work →

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the law of the United States and by the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply the law of a different jurisdiction. Any claim that cannot be resolved between us belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and both of us submit to their jurisdiction. The site is published from the United States and makes no representation that it is appropriate or available anywhere else; if you read it elsewhere, that is your choice and your local law is your responsibility.

Everything else

These terms, with the privacy policy, the affiliate disclosure and the medical disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us about the site. If any part of them is held unenforceable, the rest stands and the unenforceable part is read down to the least change that makes it work. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. We may transfer these terms with the site if it changes hands; you may not transfer them.
