  1. Start in TOM's secure patient portal. New patients get one complimentary introductory visit with Dr. Le.
  2. Complete the 5 to 10 minute health intake covering history, medications and goals.
  3. Dr. Le recommends the medication and a starting dose. You don't have to pick tirzepatide before the consult.
  4. The prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy and ships to you, often within a few days.
  5. Monthly consults with Dr. Le follow, and your dose is adjusted as your body responds.
