Compounded tirzepatide
MyFastRx review
MyFastRx sells compounded tirzepatide for $199 a month, and that figure stays put at every dose your provider approves. There's no subscription. Each month is its own order, so nothing reaches your card until you reorder.
Who it suits
Good fit if
- You expect to climb to higher tirzepatide doses and want the monthly cost to stay at $199.
- You'd rather reorder by hand each month than be enrolled in automatic billing.
- You want provider review and express shipping folded into one price, with no membership on top.
Look elsewhere if
- You want your medication to arrive on a schedule without logging in to reorder.
- You need a clinic that bills your health insurance.
What you get
One month of compounded tirzepatide costs $199. That covers the provider review, the medication once approved and free express shipping in unmarked packaging. MyFastRx says approved dose changes cost nothing extra, and there's no membership fee.
New customers get a lower introductory price on the first month only. After that the regular $199 applies. Longer plans of 3, 6 or 12 months cost less per month but are billed upfront, and MyFastRx ships them in three-month supplies.
MyFastRx is a telehealth platform run by MyFastRx Health LLC. It doesn't make the drug. Licensed U.S. pharmacies fill the prescriptions, and the one used depends on your treatment and location. Some formulas contain B12, which can tint the liquid pink.
How it works
- Fill in the online health intake. MyFastRx says it takes about 60 seconds.
- Pay at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order, before a provider looks at it.
- A licensed U.S. provider reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours. You'll need to upload a photo ID and a picture of yourself.
- If approved, the pharmacy ships Monday through Thursday. Most patients have their tirzepatide 5 to 7 days after finishing the intake.
- For the next month, log in and complete the refill intake. A provider may ask for updated information before approving it.
Pros and cons
Pros
- MyFastRx charges $199 at every approved tirzepatide dose, with no dosage upcharge.
- Nothing renews on its own: the MyFastRx FAQ says medication is never refilled automatically.
- If the provider turns you down, MyFastRx refunds the order in full.
Cons
- Forgetting the MyFastRx refill intake means no shipment, since each month has to be reordered by hand.
- Payment is taken at the MyFastRx checkout, before any provider has reviewed your tirzepatide request.
- Once the pharmacy dispenses or ships the order, MyFastRx treats the sale as final.
Check before you pay
- The drug on your order
- Parts of the tirzepatide page describe the included medication as semaglutide. Confirm the order summary names tirzepatide before you pay.
- Asking for a higher dose
- You can request a dose during intake. Higher requests may need proof, such as a photo of your current prescription or vial.
- Prepaid plans
- If you cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month plan early, MyFastRx refunds the unshipped part. What you already received is repriced at the shorter plan's rate, with no extra cancellation fee.

MyFastRx questions
- Is MyFastRx legit?
- MyFastRx Health LLC runs the platform and shows a LegitScript certification on its pages. Licensed U.S. providers prescribe, and licensed pharmacies fill the orders. Its tirzepatide is compounded, so it isn't Zepbound or Mounjaro and isn't FDA-approved, which the site says itself.
- How much is MyFastRx tirzepatide per month?
- $199 a month on the one-month plan, at any approved dose. Provider review and express shipping are included. The first month is cheaper for new customers. MyFastRx's semaglutide costs $139 a month.
- Does MyFastRx take insurance?
- No. It's self-pay only. Some HSA or FSA cards work at checkout, depending on your plan's rules.
- Can you cancel MyFastRx?
- There's no recurring charge to stop on the monthly plan. To cancel a paid order, contact support before the pharmacy processes it. Unshipped orders are usually refundable; dispensed medication can't be returned.
