The monthly plan ships one month of medication at a time. Quarterly plans ship a single 3-month supply, and 6- and 12-month plans ship in 3-month batches. Each box includes supplies and alcohol pads, and the label names the pharmacy that filled it.

Prescribing is done by Wasef Health, PC, a Florida practice run by Michael Wasef MD. The tirzepatide is compounded by Hallandale Pharmacy, a PCAB-accredited pharmacy in business since 2003, or by VialsRx. Cora says both follow USP 797 sterile compounding standards.

  2. A Wasef Health provider reviews your history, usually in under 24 hours, and decides whether tirzepatide fits.
