  2. At checkout Fresh Day places a hold on your card for the plan total instead of charging it.
  3. A licensed provider reviews your intake, usually within 24 to 48 hours. If you're declined, the hold is released.
  4. After approval, the hold is captured and the pharmacy takes 2 to 4 business days to process and ship.
  5. The plan renews every 23 days. Fresh Day emails a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
