Who it suits

Good fit if

  • You care which additive goes into the vial and want to choose it before paying.
  • You plan to climb to higher doses, since the one-month price is the same at every strength.
  • You like a long shelf life, since one pharmacy lists a beyond-use date of up to 270 days.

Look elsewhere if

  • You live in California, where only one of the tirzepatide options ships.
  • You want your first vial within days, because most orders ship 7 to 10 business days after approval.
  • You'd want your money back after a prescription has gone to the pharmacy.

What you get

Each tirzepatide option names its pharmacy up front. Hyalo Technologies offers non-additive, glycine and B12 versions, filled by NewLife Pharmacy. Nova Specialty makes a B6 version through White Label Pharmacy. Hallandale Pharmacy sells a non-additive vial.

Those three price the one-month plan at $199 for one vial at any dose. They also list a three-month plan and a cheaper three-month starter plan, which is only for people new to GLP-1s. Drug Crafters, a fourth option with B12 or glycine, sells three-month plans only.

Shipping is by FedEx. Coverage differs by pharmacy. Hyalo ships to every state, Nova to all but California, and Hallandale skips nine states, including Michigan and Massachusetts. New customers also get a 90-day free trial of Trillium's dietitian membership.

How it works

  1. Pick tirzepatide on the weight management page, choose a pharmacy, then fill in the health intake.
  2. Place the order. Trillium puts an authorization hold on your card for the full amount instead of charging it.
  3. An independent provider from Wasef Health reviews your intake, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
  4. If you're prescribed, the hold is captured and the prescription goes to your chosen pharmacy. If you're not, the hold is released.
  5. Refills renew on their own. You can pause them or switch off auto-renew under My Treatments in the patient portal.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Hyalo, Nova and Hallandale each charge $199 for a one-month tirzepatide plan at any dose.
  • You can choose a B6, B12, glycine or plain formulation before paying.
  • Trillium holds your card and captures the charge only if a Wasef Health provider prescribes.

Cons

  • Drug Crafters, one of the four tirzepatide pharmacies, sells no one-month plan at all.
  • Once a prescription reaches the pharmacy, Trillium's refund policy makes every charge final.
  • Hallandale doesn't ship to nine states, including Alabama, Kansas and Minnesota.

Check before you pay

Your state and pharmacy
Pick your state on the offers page before choosing. Each pharmacy lists where it ships, and California residents are limited to the Hyalo option.
Stopping an order
The cancel window closes when the prescription reaches the pharmacy, which can be soon after review. Trillium says a text message is the fastest way to reach them in time.
Auto-renew
Turning off auto-renew stops future refills, but it may not stop an order that's already processing.

Trillium Meds questions

Is Trillium Meds legit?
Trillium Meds LLC is a Portland, Oregon platform and says it is LegitScript certified. It doesn't practice medicine. Wasef Health providers prescribe, and named 503A or registered pharmacies compound the vials. Compounded tirzepatide is not Zepbound or Mounjaro and is not FDA-approved, as Trillium states.
How much is Trillium Meds tirzepatide per month?
$199 on the one-month plan at Hyalo, Nova or Hallandale, whatever your dose. Trillium advertises no membership fee. Its compounded semaglutide one-month plan is $159.
Does Trillium Meds take insurance?
No. It's self-pay only. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and Klarna or Affirm may be offered on some longer plans.
Can you cancel Trillium Meds?
You can turn off auto-renew in the portal at any time. Getting a refund is harder. Charges are refunded in full only if a provider declines you before anything goes to the pharmacy.
