Ivim sells the one-month program as 1 Month Continued Care: $300 for compounded tirzepatide plus the monthly membership, $375 in all. The membership covers unlimited one-on-one provider visits, round-the-clock access to the care team, nutrition counseling, a member community and the Ivim app. Ivim says the first month of membership is free. Providers meet you by video or chat, and a weekly app check-in lets them change your dose between visits.
Prescriptions go to independent licensed compounding pharmacies, both 503A and 503B. Ivim doesn't name them, and its help center warns the pharmacy can change from one order to the next. The patient team will tell you which one filled yours, or send its certificate of analysis.

- Meet an Ivim provider by video or chat to go over your history and goals. The first consultation is free.
- Choose a program length and pay for it along with the membership. The provider then sends the prescription to a pharmacy.
- Complete a quick weekly check-in through the app. Your provider reviews it and can change your dose.
- Each shipment needs a completed check-in and provider approval first. Nothing ships automatically, and one shipment covers at most 56 days.

- The membership renews every month until you cancel it in My Account under Subscriptions. On a multi-month program, you have to stay a member until the program's final payment is made.
- Missed check-ins
- Your program runs in calendar months from the day you buy it. Skip a check-in or a refill request and the clock keeps running. Medication you haven't requested lapses after a 14-day grace period.
- Stopping a longer program
- Ivim's terms refund unshipped medication on a canceled four- or six-month plan, minus an administrative fee. The GLP-1 ID page says a started program can't be canceled, so ask which rule applies before you buy.

- Ivim Health is a telehealth practice founded in 2021 by Dr. Taylor Kantor, his brother Anthony and Anthony's wife, Kelly. Its board-certified providers prescribe, and independent licensed compounding pharmacies fill the orders. Compounded tirzepatide isn't Zepbound or Mounjaro and has no FDA approval, which Ivim states on its own pages.
